The embroidery process from start to finish involves:

Digitizing Logo: 
    
We need to digitize your logo to an EMB file format so that our computerised embroidery machines can read your artwork.

We will need your artwork in a high resolution JPEG or PDF format.

​

We will then create a sample swatch with your design on it for your approval prior to production.

Production: 
    
Please bring in all your garments that require embroidery on them. 

We will need you to advise us of embroidery placement. 

We will not proceed with embroidery until your sample swatch has been approved. 

 

After sample swatch approval, we will have your order ready within 7-10 business days.
